By creating an account on or using Fisfis (fisfis.app, app.fisfis.app and the mobile apps) you accept these terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy & cookie policy. The Turkish version (Kullanım koşulları) prevails in case of conflict.

1. The service

Fisfis is a free service: a perfume encyclopedia, games, an academy, a lab and a community. We may change, extend or discontinue features at any time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping your password secret.
• No impersonation; one person may not farm points with multiple accounts.

3. Community rules

Not allowed in reviews, lists or profiles:

• Insults, hate speech, harassment, threats, or sharing other people's personal information.
• Advertising, spam, sales listings, fake reviews or rating manipulation (bots, multiple accounts).
• Content infringing copyright or other rights, or otherwise illegal content.
• Content unrelated to perfume or intentionally misleading.

We may hide or remove such content, correct points and suspend accounts temporarily or permanently. The reason is shown at sign-in.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to your reviews and lists. By publishing them you grant Fisfis a free, worldwide, non-transferable licence to display them in the service, use them in community statistics (e.g. average ratings) and quote them when promoting Fisfis. The licence ends when your account is deleted.

5. Catalogue information

Perfume, brand, note and accord data and community ratings are for information only and not guaranteed. Brand and product names belong to their owners; Fisfis is not affiliated with them.

6. Intellectual property

The Fisfis name, logo, design, artwork, games and lessons belong to Fisfis and may not be copied or scraped in bulk without permission.

7. Advertising

To keep Fisfis free we may show ads on some pages, always separated from content and labelled "Ad". Games, lessons and the lab are ad-free.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Authors are responsible for the content they post. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing iletisim@fisfis.app.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; Istanbul courts have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
